Orders & shipping

What are the shipping prices?

From €50 shipping is free.

For orders less than that amount, the price is €7 within Spain / €9 in Europe and €12 for international orders.

How long does international shipping take?

We currently offer DHL Express for international orders, which typically takes 4-7 business days.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Our goal is to process your orders as quickly as possible, and once orders enter our shipping process, there is a limited period of time before the order is fully processed, so it may not be possible to place a change. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by emailing Info@solehandmade.com and submitting a change or cancellation request.

What is the return policy?

You may return unused items within 7 days of the sale date for a refund or exchange; final sale items are NOT eligible for returns. We do not accept returns of items that are not in new condition, final sale items, or anything past the 7 day period.

How can I track my order?

When we send your order you will receive an email with the information of the company and the tracking number.

You will be able to track your order by clicking on the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

Do I have to have an account to be able to buy?

No, you do not have to create an account. However, we recommend that you create an account in order to take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to easily access your order history.

How can I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the "I forgot my password" link on the login page. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password.
